Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand for appointments we require at least 4 hrs notice when cancelling appointments. There is a full charge for No Shows and Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance, unless accommodations are made . There is a $50 additional fee aside from your no show fee for No Shows on Holidays, Snow Days and Rain days. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, If you do not show up to this appointment there is a full charge for your missed appointment . All appointments have a 15 minute grace period, on occasion if we have no other booking we will allow for a 30 minute grace period, but we cannot take time from the following appointments due to a late arrival. This in return will have a late domino effect and interrupt all other scheduled appointments. Upon booking your service you will receive a booking email and a reminder email. Ensure u put your correct email.
